I put in a movie for Jeremy and me to watch this morning as we ate breakfast. I couldn't quickly locate any of his regulars, so I thought,
"Hmm, Night at the Museum might be good. Not too scary and lots of animals." They were showing the different wax figures and when it came to the Neanderthal, Jeremy said, "Is that a monster?"
I said, "no, honey, it's a man."
"Is it a monkey?"
what to say . . . "Yes, it's a monster."

HA! This is hilarious! That's one of our favorite movies too; it's a good one to introduce evolution as a theory and contrast it with the wonder of creation. Maybe Jeremy's a bit young for that talk just yet...
