I'm working on my first bottle of 20 oz of water of the day. If I drink 3 of them, I'll be very happy with myself. I need to drink a lot of water while I am nursing, so I'm getting into the habit 5 weeks early. I should be drinking a lot anyway, just because I'm pregnant.
We did have a little scare this week at BigStuf. I woke up at 7 a.m. one day with my hands numb and tingly. It didn't go away so we went to the ER . . . most awful experience. They were so incompetent. I won't go into details, but let's just say that Justin was making a list and he was NOT happy at all.
Turns out it was a combination of parasthesia, meaning the baby could have been on a nerve, and my electrolyte count was down, as well as my calcium and magnesium. So yesterday, I stocked up at Sam's on string cheese for me and Jeremy and I'm drinking milk at every meal, with a bit of Nesquick in it . . . added calcium. :) Plus, it gives me a little chocolate fix so I'm not eating cookies and ice cream and tons of other junk.

Hey-
The tingling hands thing happened to me often while laying down. I think it is a nerve thing, as it seldom, if ever, happened when I was upright. Glad you checked it out though! Take care! Tabitha
