Mouthwatering

At my Premier New Sponsor training last night, I ate the most amazing dinner  -  and I am not a ravioli fan. However, I asked for the recipe and am sending it on to the two people who actually read this blog. :)

Lori's Amazing Meatball and Ravioli Dinner
If you are going to have a big group, DOUBLE everything.  It freezes well if
there are leftovers.

1 bag frozen ravioli or stuffed rigatoni (I can usually find the rigatoni at
SuperTarget)  If I'm doubling, I buy one bag of cheese ravioli and one bag
beef ravioli
1-2 jars spaghetti sauce (if I don't make homemade, I buy Bertolli!)
1 bag frozen meatballs (I like Armour!)
1 large bag shredded mozzeralla (3 cups or more!)

Put a thin layer of sauce on bottom of dish.
Make a ring around the outside of the dish with the meatballs.
Then one layer of ravioli, one layer of sauce (enough to cover pasta, one
thin layer of cheese.  Repeat until you run out of pasta.  Top layer should
be sauce and a thicker layer of cheese.  I always make sure the meatballs
are covered with sauce so they don't get dry.
Cover with foil, bake on high about an hour at 375.  Take foil off and bake
another 20 minutes.

I usually serve this with garlic bread or Texas toast and big ole salad.

Thank you to Kelley for passing it on to me and thanks to Lori for making it up!
