I finally got the cold that's been going around. It pretty much knocked me out last night and today. We were supposed to attend a surprise birthday party tonight, but with Jedidiah still being sick, Jeremy being the crank of the century and me not able to talk, we decided that I wasn't going but that Justin would.
He's been working on the projects that I left undone. He finished the laundry and the dishes and I really did want him to have a chance to get out of the house. Jeremy was being good, and then . . . a switch went off in his brain.
My sweet husband decided he couldn't leave me here with a coughing 5 month old and a still a little sick two year old when I wasn't feeling well.
To thank him, I, well he, ordered a pizza and I'm gonna let him watch any movie he wants.
After Jeremy is in bed, that is.

I miss the days when Justin was in youth ministry and taking a day off work was no big deal... not so much now.
