It's What's for Dinner

Pictured: leftover fajita strips and stir fry over spanish rice

I love to cook. I would LOVE to go to culinary school to learn all the tricks and skills that chefs know, but I have no desire to work in any kitchen besides my own. Jeremy is my sous-chef, which means sometimes he helps me stir or places frozen nuggets on a tray.  He loves to pretend that he's cooking. I want to develop this interest for him any way I can.

I will periodically post pictures of my cooking. This is mostly for me because I want to have a scrapbook of different meals and recipes. My own little cookbook. It's also to show off to my parents! :)

Your photo turned out very nice. If I liked that kind of stuff, I'm sure I'd be hungry right now.

looks great! Chef work is just cooking with oodles more time to think about what it looks like (they have someone else to do all the clearing up, shopping and dishes etc, and no toddlers under foot)
